i-mop® – The i-mop® works cleaner, faster, safer and greener. Part of the i-mop® culture is to objectively demonstrate results. We do this by measuring ATP (Adenosine Tri-Phosphate) ATP can be found in all organic matter, including human, animal and vegetable cells, body fluids, insects, bacteria, yeast and mould.
Detection of ATP on a surface or water indicates the presence of biological matter not visible to the naked eye. ATP is measured by a natural light emitting biological reaction in a process called “Bioluminescence”. The only way to know if something is truly clean is to use ATP testing. An ATP measurement system is recognized as “the” quantitive and objective monitoring and inspection method to measure the effectiveness of cleaning procedures. After cleaning with the i-mop®, all sources of ATP should be significantly reduced.
The ATP meter provides quantifiable, reliable results to determine “What Is Clean”.
